The place was so perfect for a senior citizen like me and my wife Once you’re inside and the gate is close you’ll find yourself secured and safe all day and all night long The amenity which is the clean pool inside the resort, our grownups grandkids enjoyed the night swim which the management allowed til the wee hours and i am so grateful for that. The staffs are friendly and family oriented, i will give them a 5 star for being so true to their words. We are planning to comeback and stay in this resort sooner.

Although the street is not even paved, the environment is quiet and you find parking always. Their food for guests is affordable, the staff always nice and available and rooms are clean. I didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but maybe next time, if I come back and choose them.

Did not use parking. The room is clean and the staff are accommodating. Good exchange of info and timely return of communication. Overall, good and safe place to stay. Very close to the airport. Ask staff to request for grab ride versus taxi.

Beautifully renovated former Filipino mansion being used as a private hotel near the airport. If you want some privacy, don't mind being off of the beaten path, and want to stay with a 5 minute drive of the Davao airport, then enjoy the almost private pool and beautiful interior of this hotel.

I wish I could leave more stars, treated great by the staff when you get here. The rooms are really awesome too. There's privacy built around the place, makes it very cozzy and quite. This is our second time comming here. We stay when were flying out of davao early. Less than 5 minute Grab ride. I highy recommend

WiFi very poor, unable to enjoy the 70” big screen. Jacuzzi not working, horrible odor in bathroom, limited food selection. Termites eating roof of executive suite and debris falling in bed. Location awful, dirt roads in awful condition. Staff was very good and the pool area was real nice.

Beautiful place to stay, not in a great location.

The place is beautiful. The master dining room, the pool. Just amazing. The staff was absolutely perfect and helpful. If you're local it's probably a perfect getaway place. But it's location is off the main road and down a couple of dirt road alleys. Our grab driver bottomed their car out a couple of times. Not convenient if you'll be in and out alot. But overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

It is an interesting and beautiful building. The workers are very nice. The menu has only 4 or 5 meals (breakfasts) & it is in a subdivision so nothing much to do around it. The pool is okay but not heated and I didnt smell any chlorine. Water from shower was chilly on my last day. No safe in my room. Wifi didnt work well in the room.

The staff are all super helpful and polite, but the room was rewlly a let down. The AC failed so we had to use a fan, and if you know Philippines weather a fan just isnt good enough. The walls were all peeling paint and the TV didnt work. I wasnt able to try out the pool but it did look amazing.
