"Just overall vibes was not great, lights were flickering all night long as the place was haunted. As we checkin no telephone or television was working. We booked one king bedroom and that was presented to us while checking in two Single beds. Managed promised for us before checking in we will make that one. Didnt happen. Overall bad experience. Not recommended at all. So far the worst service hotel in bangkok."

"Very nice and modern hotel. There are multiple buildings a main building and a second building right across the street called the ruby wing. Rooms are nice with modern appliances. Breakfast was good to with an omelet station an assortment of fruits and different types of cuisine depending on the day"

"The check in was efficient, friendly staff, breakfast was good, pool was nice. Close to shopping. Staff was attentive with getting engineering to fix our water pressure in the master bath and air conditioner"
