"Last review was from 2020. Unfortunately time has not helped. In May 2024 we encountered serious mold smell as we entered the apartment building, extending to the apartment. We had a serious allergic reaction to the mold and could not stay in the apartment. We left without unpacking and booked another hotel elsewhere. Neither the Owner nor Expedia through which we booked would refund the rental cost even though the apartment was uninhabitable to us."

"Unser Aufenthalt auf diesem schönen Pferdehof war wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung war super. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ruhe ist herrlich und die Umgebung zu jeder Jahreszeit einladend und schön. Rundum war alles hervorragend und sehr empfehlenswert. "Pros: Einfacher Check-In, sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick aus den Fenstern. Der Strand gegenüber ist einen Besuch wert. Cons: Leider fehlt bei diesem Boot eine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keinen Steg und keine Stühle. Das ist schade, gerade bei gutem Wetter. Auf Grund der Größe schaukelt es bei Wind oder Schiffverkehr. Für das, was man bekommt, etwas sehr teuer."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated houseboat. It would have been easier to have a car. Taking an Uber to down was a pain and very expensive and public transport is not very convenient from this part of city. Overall, a great experience and very peaceful location."
