- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Il Nachiro is a newly-built property immersed in the colours and scents of Mediterranean scrub, less than a kilometre from Pescoluse and just three kilometres from the pearl of Salento, the wonderful white sand beach known as the beach of the Maldives. An attractive stone driveway leads to the structure which has just one floor and consists of three double bedrooms and a large open-plan living area with big windows opening onto the beautiful furnished portico. The villa is surrounded by a large level private garden with a lovely infinity pool, a fully-equipped relaxation area and a small wood where you can cool off during the hottest days. The structure is perfectly integrated into the environment in which it is located, with the Lecce stone and the dry stone with which it was constructed rendering it a painting in perfect harmony with its frame.
Interior:
Villa Il Nachiro has only one floor. The entrance, across the portico, leads into an open-plan area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The interior of the villa is very bright thanks to the large windows at the entrance and the furnishings designed and created to establish a direct connection with the fully-equipped exterior. Three double bedrooms make up the sleeping area, each served by a bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located in an external room adjacent to the villa.
Park:
The villa in perfect Salento style is immersed in a suggestive natural context. On one side of the structure is a small pine wood and Mediterranean scrub equipped with hammocks while on the opposite side is the splendid infinity pool. A handy stone barbecue, combined with an elegant outdoor dining area near the entrances to the villa, will allow you to enjoy alfresco meals in a quiet secluded space. Just past the entrance gate is a parking area located in the pine wood.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies on one side of the villa, about 10 m away, and is accessible from the portico by climbing five stone steps. Spectacular in its simple rectangular infinity shape with stone-effect PVC lining, the pool measures 4 x 10 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m. With salt purification and internal lighting, it has internal steps for access to the water. It is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, tables, umbrellas and a shower. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
