Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Hotel suítes Catussaba! O local é simplesmente lindo, com uma atmosfera muito agradável e relaxante. O quarto foi muito confortável, proporcionando uma estadia tranquila e prazerosa. A ducha do chuveiro foi excelente, garantindo um banho relaxante após um dia de passeios. O café da manhã foi razoável. Recomendo o hotel para quem busca um ambiente bonito, confortável e acolhedor. Com certeza voltarei!

estadia excelente ótimo atendimento da recepção, limpeza de ótima qualidade café da manha regular por ser uma época de baixa estação, como fiz reserva com refeições inclusa tive alguns problemas no almoço por questão da demanda mas nada que desabone o hotel local excelente para descanso e lazer recomendo muito.

Incrível, sempre somos bem recebidos lugar lindo quarto bem esclusivo para os hóspedes infelizmente não deixam eu soltar o drone pra fazer umas filmagens linda do paraíso que lá é essa já é a segunda viagem que vamos no catussaba eu minha família gostamos muito do funcionário a forma que ele tratar as pessoas sempre bem educados a única reclamação é questão a comida achamos que eles poderiam variar mais os cardápios em questão as carnes assadas e a internet que é péssima mais fora isso tudo perfeito.

Hotel un po’ datato ma molto comodo e accogliente ideale per la famiglia, consiglierei di migliorare un po’ le camere, a me non piace il divano letto. Il personale attento, gentile e molto disponibile. Da migliorare anche l’area ludoteca e l’area fitness, attrezzatura vecchia.

Paisagens incríveis, estrutura muito boa. Manutenção deixa a desejar, mas nada muito grave. Café da manhã atende bem, mas o restaurante é fraco. Se a escolha for um hotel pé na areia, de boa estrutura e de boa relação custo/benefício, atenderá bem. Se a referência for Iberostar, Tivoli e semelhantes, não atenderá minimamente.

Hotel bom hóspedes mal educados

Hotel bacana, localização boa, atendimento ótimo limpeza etc, levamos azar de estarmos bem quando estava tendo jogos escolares lá e tinha milhares de adolescentes mal educados onde não respeitavam nada, filas de almoço, jantar e café da manhã, empurravam etc. Piscina infantil meu filho não consegui utilizar pq sempre tinha muitos deles. Durante a noite muita gritaria.

Hotel de frente a praia proximo ao aeroporto

Sofa cama disponibilizado para as criancas muito baixo. Nao havia protetor pillow top na cama de casal, ficando o lencol direto no colchao. Jantar e cafe da manha ok, embora o horario de inicio do cafe fosse as 6:30, eu cheguei as 7hr e ainda nao estavam fazendo tapioca, sai sem a minha tapioca. As 18hr as piscinas ja estao fechadas e nao vi recreacao a noite para as criancas.

Decepção.

Ao chegarmos, foi relatado um problema no ar-condicionado do quarto, contudo, mesmo depois do retorno do jantar, não havia sido feita qualquer intervenção. Outro aspecto negativo é a comida. Pedimos duas massas ao molho de camarão, mas o prato parecia ter sido feito por uma pessoa sem qualquer experiência de culinária...muito ruim. O único ponto positivo é a área externa do hotel, no mais, não recomendo. Me hospedei nesse hotel por não ter achado quartos no Casa di Vina Boutique Hotel e no Deville (pois queria aproveitar uma noite de recomoensa), que são hotéis maravilhosos.

Achei bem ruim a limpeza da piscina, tinha uma parte dela que a água estava como se fosse um "lodo branco" comidas e bebidas caro no restaurante, limpeza do quarto mediana. Quando cheguei a moça da recepção disse que ia trocar o sofá e colocar uma cama para meu filho, sai do resort e eles não trocaram, uma pessoa trabalhando na recepção, para fazer check in e checkout, por isso era demorado, café de manhã sem muitas opções. O resort não é tão ruim no modo geral, mas pelo preço que gastei não voltaria.
