The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- Loud music is prohibited
- Parties and events are prohibited
- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited
- PETS are not allowed
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with a 15 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out.
OTHER SERVICES
- If you would like the maid's cleaning service, check availability at reception. The service operates at 1 pm, except on Wednesdays, Sundays and holidays. For the maid to access the service, the guest must be present at the property. The cleaning service is not a cleaning service, but rather a basic cleaning service.
