IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is rotating and therefore subject to availability.
- We provide guests with a 18 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out.
