CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide photo identification to gain access to the property. At check-in, guests will be checked at reception and provided with a Face ID.

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniencing guests, difficulties or preventing check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
