Split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Suite with doble bed, large balcony, living room with double sofa bed, smart TV, WI-FI, kitchen. Building with swimming pool and gym on the top floor. Has rotating garage, laundry (you pay directly through the app) and 24h.

CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide identification documents to gain access to the property. These documents will be checked at reception upon check-in.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen, blanket or bedspread, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper and sponges. (The replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- Loud music is prohibited
- Parties and events are prohibited
- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited
- PETS are prohibited
- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is rotating and therefore subject to availability.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out.
- Garage with rotating parking space.
