With smart TV in the living room and bedroom, WI-FI, split air conditioning, full kitchen. Penthouse with swimming pool and gym. It has a garage and 24-hour reception.

- All guests are required to provide identification to access the property. At check-in, the guest will be checked at reception and provided with a Face ID.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and a bed liner for each bed, a blanket or bedspread, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacement, it will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (The replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Contact us)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- Loud music is prohibited
- Parties and events are prohibited
- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniencing guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
- G1 space 401 (on the right side). Very tight space for a large car.
