WASTE DISPOSAL - The condominium does not practice garbage collection at the door of the units. Garbage containers are available on each floor of the condominium garages.
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 18 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, you will not reach this limit, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
- The building's swimming pool is undergoing maintenance and is expected to reopen on December 1, 2025.
