"Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower.
