Ein gutes Hotel in fussläufiger Lage in die City

Wir wurden in diesem Hotel sehr nett empfangen. Es wurde beim Gepäck ausladen geholfen und der Wagen wurde auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz für uns geparkt. Das Personal spricht englisch. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man sich als Gast wünscht. Das Frühstück war chilenisch einfach, zusätzlich wurde Obst und Kuchen angeboten. Der Fussweg in die Stadt bis zum zentralen Platz dauert max. 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns in diesem iotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Tagesbar am Nachmittag besetzt wäre und man nicht einen Kellner suchen müsste, der einen Kaffee bringen kann. Wir mussten erst an der Rezeption nachfragen und von dort wurde per Telefon ein Kellner geholt.

Para lo que quise hacer cubrió las expectativa. El desayuno bien completo. No asi, la comida prefiero más variedad de platos, menos salados. Falta te de hierbas, y pan con fibras.

Really enjoyable stay. High quality hotel, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, and very helpful staff. Hotel is a nice short walk from the main square - far enough away that you have some quiet, but close enough that is an way walk.

Good but could have been better

Desk staff on arrival (early evening) extremely helpful and cordial. Day staff more reserved but helpful, but did not speak much English. Room had really bad odor first few hours---something like stale cigar, but most likely was from dampness of carpeting. Fortunately, could open the windows, and odor gone by late night/next morning. Hotels in these areas should NOT have carpet in rooms. Would be much more sanitary with wood or tile type floors. Breakfast OK, but heavy on pastries---many varieties. No real choice of healthy cereal or fruits, other than some "fruit cocktail." This could be a 4+ hotel with some changes.

Hotel Almeria à Salta ( Argentine) , une excellente solution d'accueil prévenante et de qualité .

Un hébergement de bonne qualité , avec des caractéristiques identitaires de bon goût, disposant d'un équipement de repos-loisirs très accessible et bienvenu avec son secteur spa, à proximité immédiate des monuments et sites à voir . Je le recommande sans réserve.

Affordable luxury

I booked to stay here for two nights but extended my stay. My room was big, clean and well maintained. It had an en-suite bathroom which was also clean, but the bath was on the small side - I had to scruch up in it. The breakfast is a real selling point - a huge spread of cereals, toast, pastries, cakes, teas, coffee - delicious! There is a pool here but I didn't use it so can't comment. A good location - a short walk to the main plaza. There is a constant background noise of air-conditioning units in the bedroom, so if noise bothers you then this isn't the best place to go.

Estadía en Salta la linda

Estuvimos hospedados unos cuantos días en el hotel Almería. En general es muy bueno, la atención de los empleados es excelente, muy serviciales y amables. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas y con linda decoración. hay detalles en los que se nota que falta mantenimiento. Y en el spa por ejemplo, el jacuzzi funicona media hora y luego descansa media hora.. Entonces si llegas al spa justo cuando dejo de funcionar, se hace bastante tedioso esperar media hora para poder usarlo. el desayuno muy bien, variado y lo sirven desde las 6 a 10 am, y esta barabaro porque las excursiones son todas a las 7 de la mañana. la ubicación del hotel es muy buena! Cerca de todo, a tres cuadras de la plaza prinicipal, y cerca tambien de las peñas. un hermosa estadía!!!

Nice, but nothing special

We had a nice stay here, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. Our dinner at the restaurant was the best we had in Salta. I'm not quite sure why it is a 4* hotel. Very few Americans ever stay there, according to anyone in Salta. That's totally okay with us, however, it probably explains why we had so much difficulty communicating. The staff tried to be VERY helpful, but it wasn't easy. We went to use the "spa" area and that was a joke. However, the downstairs lobby and bar are very attractive and the staff were gracious.
