At Salt Lake City Sunny's Garden 4 HomeStay has a huge backyard. Barbecue and fire pit facilities are available. But if you want to invite your guests to have a party or small event on our property that it will have an extra fee and rules. Please contact the owner in advance. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and a games room, but the alarm system and quiet time are started 12:00 am to 7:00 am.

2, We have alarm and camera security system, which it will automatic turn on 12:00AM-6:AM every night. Unless landlord agree to change different time.
3, The basic cleaning fee $85.00 each time, but you need to wash your dishes, collect your garbages and return everything back to original setting.
