Wonderful stay…

Stay here in town for a few days while here for a friend’s wedding. The apartment was clean and exactly as listed. Communication with the host was responsive and easy and check-in and checkout was easy as well. I just my nose like used both the pool and the gym and they were both awesome amenities to have. I would definitely consider staying here again during my next visit to UT. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Totally Relaxing

After driving 10 hours. Needed a place to unwind. This place was it. A deck with a view. Shaded in the afternoon. All the comforts of home. Dog loved it too. Very nice

Stay with pet

This location is as advertised. We did have an issue with the smoke detector while there and management was quick to respond and brought a battery for it.

Tried to find the place which was a challenge. We are on a mountain bike road trip and the reservation updated to the 3rd floor. I am not hauling bikes to the 3rd floor to keep them safe. We couldn’t find parking for our full size truck and the spot assigned wouldn’t fit it. We ended will paying more and booking a hotel next door.

Weekend get away

The apartment was as described. They do provide a dedicated parking space but we found it more convenient to park in the uncovered parking as we could get to the apartment faster. Overall it was good

Pets favorite location

This place was amazing! We loved that we could bring our pets and they felt like they had their own mini vacation. We loved that most people there had dogs and loved the community. It was off of the freeway so we could get where we were going fast. Everything was so nice and clean and we had everything we needed there

Clean cute stocked and accommodating

This place was very clean and the host was extremely accommodating. I had some unexpected complications with my trip and had to reach out last minute for an extra night and they got back to me right away willing to work with me. The kitchen is more stocked than I’ve come across at any rental I’ve stayed at which has provided a lot of convenience as well. Very convenient location right off the freeway.

Perfect apartment for our needs

We needed a place to stay for a few weeks between job assignments and this apartment was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, had supplies and dishes, and was relatively spacious for two adults and a large dog. It isn’t really walkable to anywhere but if you have a vehicle it’s a good out of the way spot; we were able to go downtown Salt Lake City for an evening, do some hiking, etc. It was perfect for what we needed and management was accommodating and helpful.

Great Value

This property is a great value with convenient access to both Cottonwood Canyons and their ski areas as well as to SLC. It is amazingly well-stocked with kitchenware and appliances, as well as spices, coffee, tea, pasta, rice, cleaning products, bathroom products, etc. etc. It comes with access to an outdoor pool and hot tub (one building adjacent, about a 30-second walk) as well as a fitness center that rivals any paid gym. The property was clean, the communication solid, the views from the balcony gorgeous (except for the Hilton across the parking lot), the restaurants and stores within reasonable driving distance quite good and varied. A good spot--not a ton of personality, but modern and comfy, and right off the highway.

Easy access to LCC

Good access to Little Cottonwood Canyon, an overall nice spot in a new building. Hot tub access was a plus. No walking access to anything, plan on driving everywhere from this location. Linens (towels/sheets) were a bit dirty, could have been cleaner. Would stay again.

Great stay close to the mountains!

Stayed here with my husband and dog in late February, so we could ski at the Cottonwood Canyon mountains. This was a great space for the three of us - nice big eat-in kitchen, and stocked with all the equipment needed to cook our own meals. The location is nothing special - a little in the middle of nowhere, but we ate in mostly, and it was a short drive to the canyon, so it worked for us. Our only complaint was that it was a bit of a walk from the reserved carport to the unit, but luckily there was a stairwell right outside our unit, so quick to take our dog out when she needed to go. We had no issues during our stay, and communication with the property management company was easy.

Very accommodating in Draper!

This is a very nice place to stay with such an easy check in process. It’s within 35min of LCC ski resorts and around many restaurants and shops that you’d need. The Manager was amazing. I broke my leg heli skiing during the trip and required surgery. They could only accommodate one extra night, but they did and the apt is spread out enough to accommodate a wheelchair and walker and is very comfortable. My only complaint is that upon arrival I had to scrub the tub basin and clean the counters as there was a lot of dirt. In addition, the microwave had crusty food in it which I had to clean out. These things are easily remedied with more attention/care by the cleaning staff. I also recommend some additional cleaning products, and maybe a cookie sheet and oven dish for cooking. That said, I would certainly stay here again!
