I stayed for business and the host was very responsive to my questions. Neighborhood was cute and quiet, and Cafe Treo was an excellent walkable destination.
Great little place for two! Very quiet for being so close to downtown. Drew was very quick to answer questions and helpful. This place is exactly how it’s advertised.
I took a quick weekend trip to SLC to visit my daughter and ski for a few days. My daughter and I loved our stay. The communication leading up to, during, and after our stay was fantastic; everything exceeded our expectations. We will for sure be coming back. The location is prime as well as it's so close to the university and we love the little street it's on, nice and quiet. Thank you Drew!
My husband and I stayed here for parents weekend. We were able to walk to the campus/game and son’s house. We didn’t Uber once! Clean, bright, and Drew was fantastic! Will definitely stay again!
I loved this quaint unit which was perfect for just me.
The unit is super cute and located near "Trader Joes" and great restaurants.
IDrew was very thorough in his communications which assisted me with an easy stay.
Thanks so much!

Everything was perfect. The reservation process was great. Drew was so helpful. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and there was no problem with parking. I can't say enough good things about it. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our SLC trip so great.
We booked this little place for a quick bi-monthly trip to SLC. We found it comfortable for 2 people with enough of the basics to be all set after a quick trip to the grocery store (having coffee and creamer was a nice touch!)
The location is great. Be sure to check out 9th and 9th area for food options.
We would definitely stay here again and bonus points if you update the bed pillows and towels! 😉
My husband and I stayed here for five days and had the best time. Incredible location. Very close to hiking trails, downtown and infinite good restaurants. The apartment itself is situated in an adorable little alleyway that is very quiet and neighborhoody. Inside is as pictured. It could use a little TLC-there are a few nicks on the walls, areas that need a bit of a deep clean, and the bed feels a bit swayed from over use (though my husband found it quite comfortable). The sheets were also a bit big for the bed. However, we still had a great stay and felt five stars was appropriate.
Property is as advertised and an excellent location for the University of Utah. Liberty Park is also nearby and is a great park for outdoor activities. The check-in was easy and everything was in working order.
The mattress on the bed is a little old and could use replacement, but was fine for a few nights.
The one caution I would give--and this is not the Owners' fault--is to park on the main streets. The entrance to the unit is really in a one-way alley, and we were given a parking citation for parking on the sidewalk, but there really was no other option because the alley is so narrow. After we received the citation, I just parked on the main street, which was still convenient, but about 50 feet further away.
The location was super! Close to great restaurants, shopping and the SLC tram. Property was clean and nicely decorated. We had no safety concerns staying here. Would definitely recommend!!
The kitchen was very clean with everything in easy to grab spots. Refrigerator was empty and clean so I had no concerns if I put food inside.

This was a great little place to stay for a couple of nights. Close to shopping, restaurants and Univ of Utah. Very comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you Drew!
This is a nice one bedroom house located conveniently close to both downtown and the University of Utah. Comfortable and cozy. The colors add a bright feeling. I would stay here again when visiting my granddaughter.
I had a wonderful two-week stay in this lovely Salt Lake City flat. The space was comfortable, cozy, and tastefully decorated—everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. I especially loved the outdoor area, which quickly became my favorite spot for morning coffee and reading. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat. The spacious kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the bathroom was another highlight—beautifully lit thanks to a skylight that created a serene and airy atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded immediately and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I truly felt at home and would gladly return!

Meh
There was musty odor throughout the apartment which made it feel dirty. The pillows were terrible which caused us to have poor sleep. The owner was thorough with his communication.communication
So cute and cozy! And super clean, seriously did not want to leave, I’m about ready to move in! It’s a super convenient spot in SLC, lots of yummy restaurants around! Neighborhood is really quiet, I’ve stayed at a bunch of places and this one is definitely my favorite :)
The unit is as described and we enjoyed a nice first time SLC visit. The home is clean with a well-equipped and organized kitchen. The owner provides some thoughtful and personal touches including bathing supplies and tea/coffee/spices. The bedroom is a little tight though main room is comfortable enough for entertaining a few people. Very convenient having parking right outside the front door and unit has lots of windows.
There were few issues not related to the owners or their hospitality. The shared wall with adjacent unit does a poor job of blocking music and conversations and alley neighbors’ large German Shepard dog barks at everything that passes by when he’s outside.
