Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 4 bed/3 bath home! Relax and wind down with the amazing sunset and view of the mountains from the balcony and enjoy a great sunrise with warm coffee.

This home is 5 minutes away from Jordan Landing, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, gyms etc.

10 min away from Fashion Place mall, 5 minutes away from I-15 and I-25 west or East, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi but still in a quiet and peaceful community location.

Easy to access from the freeway! Excellent upscale, private community with walking paths and spectacular views! Great layout with master bedroom on main floor with a living space and 2 queen bedrooms in the daylight basement with a full bathroom and its own living space with a fireplace! The kids “bedroom” is an extra large closet with no vents, plug-ins or windows. It’s a bit creepy. I would not personally put my child (if I had a little one). Absolutely fantastic home and location! We will be back! Host was also great with communication! Thank you!

welconing and great corner lot view

There were a few hiccups, such as a broken toilet paper holder in the master bath (which happened prior to our stay), no extra trash bags and there are no thin sheets for the twin bed (they were going to have cleaner drop it off, but we never got it). Other than that, it was a nice townhome, cozy, safe, and comfortable. The carpet has some wear and tear, which we just wanted to note for future stays. We liked the ability to park inside the garage. Host responses quickly and tries their best to address what he can.

Amazing, Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to everything you would need. This was our first trip as a family to Salt Lake City, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Absolutely beautiful!

Overall, we enjoyed the trip and the stay. The home was as pictured but did have some wear in the carpet, trim details of the home. The light in the master closet wasn't working, not a big deal to me but wanted to note it for future stays. Area was easy to navigate and a nice neighborhood. Would not hesitate to book again if I get back to the area!
