The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms, including a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The master is furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, desk, TV and nightstand. Two floor mattresses can be found in the walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom comes with a queen bed, dresser, desk, TV and night stand. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, a dresser, desk, TV and night stands.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer/dryer in the closet. The larger bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double bed at the bottom. It also comes with a dresser, a desk and a large TV. The other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with 2 twin beds, a dresser and 2 nightstands.

Walking distance to Golden Hills Park. Grocery store and restaurants are at the corner of 3500 E and Bengal Blvd.

Restaurants, gas station and Smith's Food & Drug are a few blocks away. Multiple shopping centers with dining and entertainment are within 5-10 min drive. 18 min to Alta and Snowbird ski area, 26 min to Brighton, 35 min to Canyons Village at Park City, 42 min to Deer Valley Resort, 21 min to Downtown, 25 min to Salt Lake City International Airport.
