Spectacular UHC MIRAMAR NAUTIC penthouse located on the beachfront, right on the Paseo Miramar, just a few metres from the Marina of Salou and Playa de Ponent beach. It has a wide variety of beach bars where you can enjoy the delicious typical dishes of the area or have a drink or a cocktail at sunset. Furthermore, Playa de Ponent, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as the rental of sunbeds, parasols, access for disabled people, lifeguard posts every few metres and a multitude of playgrounds and children's areas. If you are looking for a beach holiday with your family, this fantastic apartment is exactly what you are looking for.



The UHC MIRAMAR NAUTIC penthouse, for up to 6 people is one of our most exclusive apartments in Salou. It has been completely refurbished and decorated with an elegant and contemporary style where every detail has been thought to offer you a luxury stay in front of the sea.



DISTRIBUTION:

It is a penthouse with a spacious living room with large windows that open onto the large terrace with awnings, offering the best views of the sea and the Salou Marina.

GOOD TO KNOW:



- Reservations for groups are not accepted.

- Optional parking space (Closed box type suitable for cars with a maximum length of 4.40 meters and a height of 1.90 meters) on request and with supplement.

- Great penthouse, perfect for your family vacation!

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.

- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

- Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Perfect view from the terrace in a wonderful city

The big terrace with sea view. Very fast and nice respond to our questions. Very good service. Parking place was not reasonable. Our car didn’t fit in the very small garage. Although we paid for the parking we parked our car 10 minutes walk distance away

Super gelegen und toller Blick!

Leider sind die Bilder „sehr optimistisch“ gemacht. In Realität ist die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist aber sehr gut mit Induktionsherd und es gibt eine zentrale Klimaanlage/Heizung. Die Schlafräume sind ok. Der kleine Kinderraum vorne mit den Betten übereinander ist aber etwas „grenzwertig“. Die Bäder sind ziemlich klein. Die Dusche im Duschbad funktioniert aber sehr gut. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung aber ok (wenn auch etwas zu teuer für das Gebotene).
