良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Having to wait for almost 4 hours to check in was not enjoyable. There were no tea making facilities in the rooms and although a kettle could be hired, the cost was €2 per day which is expensive for our 2 week stay. It was unclear if this charge included any teabags or coffee and we ended up buying our own mini kettle as none were available.
I was pleased that the evening entertainment was moved inside as outside was a haven of biting creatures to which myself and my daughter are allergic and the noise carried up to the room too loudly from outside.
The reception staff were very friendly and spoke English extremely well while the bar staff tried hard to understand my poor Spanish!
All in all we had a good time and the property was well run and clean.
