Moderne, gepflegte und sichere Hotelanlage mit täglich wechselnder Speiseauswahl. Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht gut Englisch, ist sehr freundlich und hat in verschiedenen Situationen weiterhelfen können. Für An- und Abreisetage steht ein Gepäckraum kostenfrei zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Für extra Sicherheit verfügt dieser zusätzlich auch über Schließfächer darin (kann jedoch auch ohne diese genutzt werden). Das Hotel verfügt über einen einzigen offenen Eingang mit eigener Zufahrt, der Zutritt zum Hotelareal wird durch Sicherheitspersonal überwacht. Das Hotel liegt in einer grundsätzlich eher ruhigeren Gegend bei Cap Salou. Der Weg zu einer Badebucht mit wunderbarem Strand ist sehr kurz und landschaftlich sehr reizvoll. Wenige Meter vor dem Tor finden sich Bushaltestellen, Kiosk und Reisebüro. Das Hotel ist insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Nachts ist es leider relativ laut im Hotel selber, Schlafen ist während der Shows, die bis 22.30/23.00 gehen können, eher nicht möglich. Danach gibt es leider noch einige Stunden eine hohe Geräuschkulisse durch die Hotelgäste selber (laute Türen, Kinder, etc). Für uns war das akzeptabel, aber sollte man im Vorfeld im Blick haben. Pools und Sauna waren leider nur kurz offen. Im Indoorpool gilt leider Badekappenpflicht. Die Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert. Es gab Kissen in verschiedenen Größen/Dicken. Schade war, dass es nur auf einer Seite neben dem Bett eine Steckdose gab.

Peut mieux faire

Problème d’attente pour l’enregistrement demie heure de queue et une fois dans la chambre pas d’eau chaude. Les techniciens sont rapidement dépêchés sur place mais deux bonnes heures avant que l’eau chaude arrive. Service restauration satisfaisant et grande variété de choix pour tous les goûts. Hôtel correct. Mais on attend mieux d’un 4 étoiles

The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Outside there were two good size pools and a short walk away are two small but nice beaches. I found the music around the pool a bit too loud and even though there were lots of sun loungers they were quickly taken up. The apartments were well equipped and clean and the food options on the half board were good however you do have to pay for your drinks. Overall a pleasant hotel

El hotel esta muy bien para familias con niños, muy buenas piscinas, juegos y sobre todos un equipo de animación excepcional. Me gusta mucho las fiestas que hacen por las noches para los niños. Solamente le veo un pontu de mejora. A mediodía no abren el bufet y hay que comer en alguno de los dos restaurantes. En estos restaurantes la comida que sirven es de bastante baja calidad, prácticamente todo es "congelado de bolsa" y en general muy pobre. Les sugiero que hagan una carta mejor o que abrán el bufet a mediodía.

Hotel chère pour les services proposés Fer à repasser payant Nourriture peu variée et tout est surgelé Pas de véritable cuisinier, filet de poisson cuit a la plancha du coté chair, churros mal cuit et cuit dans la friture des frites... Les jus de fruits c'est de la poudre mélanger à l'eau ou des jus inférieur au premier prix . Il me semble que l'Espagne n'est exportateur de fruits et légumes,c'est pour ça que même le jus d'orange est en poudre Les lits sont en béton armé... Sans rentrer dans les détails, cette hotel n'est pas un 4 étoiles, bien inférieur à un novotel, c'est dire. J'ai fait de nombreux hotel, et croyez moi, c'est un pire. Il n'arrive pas à la cheville d'un sofitel, hilton ou autre. Hotel catastrophique à fuir, à bon entendeur Déçu pour ne pas dire révolter

Me gusto el personal , súper amable y eficaces. Zonas comunes amplias y piscinas grandes. Me gusto menos es que habia un exceso de niños ( ruidoso) y aparcamiento no había ni pagando , aparqué muy lejos la mayoría de días.

Mal para un hotel de 4 estrellas

Cada día a hacer cola de 20 minutos o media hora para entrar a cenar y luego ves que apenas les da tiempo a reponer comida y recoger las mesas. Intenté dejar el coche en el parking pero no tienen plazas suficientes y aparcar por allí es casi misión imposible en días de playa. Desde luego que no es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Très bon séjour, à proximité de la plage , Parking gratuit Super accueil Propreté était au rdv Inconvénient les chambres était pas assez équipée en peignoir serviette Mais c'est un super séjour en famille avec enfants L’animation était au rdv pour les enfants mais côté adulte pas trop d’ambiance .

le séjour c'est bien passé l'hotel et l'emplacement très bien rien à dire, par contre trop de monde il faut etre devant la porte de la piscine avant l'ouverture au moins 30min avant pour avoir un transat sinon c'est fichu pour la journée

Lovely hotel but wasnt happy i had to pay an extra 250 on arrival as my daughter is 13 and classed as an adult but had to still sleep on sofa bed anyway. Food good choice but u wont get a nice full irish.good facilites, entertainment good. Rooms cleaned daily beds made but sheets not changed. You cant take Sunbeds till 10am till lifegaurds come then theres a scramble to get them!
