「The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. 「We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold.
