We brought our 2 grandsons to stay overnight and play at the waterpark… they really enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner was not working in the arcade.

What I didnt like was the fact expedia didnt explain that there was an additional fee to enter the water park. Imagine renting three rooms and having to pay $50 per person with a group of 12. You all need to put that on the site. The hotel was very accommodating but i was livid.

He was excellent with customer service went above and beyond that his way to make sure everything was right even though Expedia did not let us know that the tickets for the waterpark was not included. Place was nice, just wish it said the park was not included with the stay. Drove a hour in a half to be driving home at 8:30. Tried to make the best of it with my kids by using the pool but there was atleast 20 kids in there so we only got about a hours worth of playing. Not mad at the place just an overall depressing trip with the kids.
