Overall a great short stay.

We were in room 330 paid over 500£ to look at bins!. The noise early morning or late at night was annoying. People/staff chatting around this area. Curtain in bedroom ripped. Plugs near the bed were round not normal 3pin sockets. Fan in bathroom use to turn on randomly and it rattled all the time. When we checked in receptionist was rude. Gentleman who was with her was lovely and all the waiters/bar staff were great. When I had to speak to reception again 2 ladies this time, I waited 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. No apology just Rude! Very dated decor. Not worth the money. Nothing was included in your stay or use of pool/facilities etc that was another £15 a day to use. £26 for 2 beers and glass of wine. Food was excellent and great value for money. I wouldn’t recommend I am afraid or stay again.

Staff were polite and helpful as it was our first time in Manchester and they gave us advice for transport and ways to get around certain areas at night. Valet service was lovely, and the complimentary trip home gifts were greatly appreciated

This hotel is unique - it's special use of trees and wood in its decor is very interesting, The staff are friendly and helpful and the food exceptional. Plus beehives in the city! We shall visit Manchester again soon, just to stay there. ...
