"Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part de Sophie et Laurent. Situé dans un petit hameau au calme, le gîte est très agréable et dispose de tout ce qui faut. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et des animaux venant nous rendre visite ... Laurent nous a donné de nombreux conseils et idées de balades aux alentours, nous permettant de découvrir et d'apprécier plus encore leur beau Cantal. "Très bon séjour dans une petite maison simple mais avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y être bien. On a profité du jardin très agréable dans un cadre très calme et néanmoins proche du bourg de Saignes où il y a tous les commerces de 1ère nécessités et un bon accueil. De nombreuses balades alentours nous ont permis de découvrir le Cantal. Un remerciement particulier pour notre très gentille hôte! "

"The town of Murat was better than expected. Small cobblestones streets, old, charming houses. Many shops, cafes, restaurants. The nature around town is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers. Murat is also on the Circuit des Monts du Cantal The apartment was big enough for 4 people. Appliances are not recent but functional Overall clean but a coat of fresh paint wouldn’t hurt."

"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well.
