"Easy parking. Check in was not good. Keys didn't work TWICE requiring a room move. Pillows are tiny. Towels are thin and small. It's a $90/night motel for a reason, I guess."

"I won't stay again. It was a bargain deal and you get what you might imagine. My first room had been made up but not cleaned, and when I asked to change there was no apology, just a new key. When I checked out the next morning I had to wait roughly 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No apology. The room was pretty meager. A comfy bed, so that was good, but yeah, just very little sense that things had been cleaned well. The towels and hand cloths had been washed, but we're old and frayed, and some quite stained. This hotel needs help. "

"This property was truly a gem! Clean, well planned out, very comfortable with nice touches. Very convenient and just a short drive to restaurants. Host Darren was great to work with. All 5 of us loved staying here. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to Opelika."
