「The host was an excellent communicator. The place was as expected and is true to the pictures. I left my watch and the owner reached out to me the next day. I offered to reimburse for the expense of having it shipped to my home. The response was, we will take care of it and that it wasn’t necessary. Great after service!」

「Host experience was bad. He cooked up a story making VRBO look bad, saying that VRBO contacted him saying that my booking history was bad, and I made some property damage in the past... But this was my first booking with VRBO and thought of never ever booking through VRBO.But when I contacted VRBO, they confirmed that they didn't call the host and warned about me. It's just that host made up that story to get information about the purpose of our stay. 」
