The space
Each room has its own TV-

We have three bedrooms each have a queen bed. We also offer a queen air mattress for extra people or there’s a large couch that can sleep extra as well-

We have two full bathrooms on the main lower floor-

We have a gas firepit in the backyard and a charcoal grill, if you need instructions on how to SAFELY use the gas firepit we will send you a video via text-

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE LIVING ROOM TV AS IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO HANG THE HEAVY TV. If you knock it off or it falls due to you moving or touching it you will be reasonable for replacing it and we are not responsible for any injuries due to it!

Please note that we don’t provide bbq tools etc as we’ve had to constantly replace them due to being lost or taken. Please let us know ahead of time if that’ll be an issue and we will work something out!
Other things to note
Additionally, it's important to be aware that Oregon experiences ant issues during the spring and summer months. While we regularly exterminate the home, occasional sightings may still occur. Please understand that we do not offer refunds for this reason. If you have any inquiries or require further clarification, don't hesitate to message us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our utmost priority.

Parties are strictly prohibited at our properties, and violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

The current guest is liable for any expenses incurred due to clogged toilets during their stay.
