"Breakfast menu was fresh. Room was spotless. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I did have to go to the Waffle House up the street before I left town only because I had never been to a waffle House. But everybody was super friendly and the food was delicious. "

However the crib they had available was a literal baby death trap, super unsafe for sleep, and staff called our room not 15 minutes at 1045pm after we checked in while we were trying to settle our kids get in bed to ask if our child had run down the hallway. Staff could definitely use better discretion and judgment here. And the crib should be disposed of "

"The hotel is dated. Beds are rock hard. An attempt is made to soften them with what felt like an additional mattress topper, but they are so worn down that it doesn't help at all. May as well have paid half the price for one of those sketchy run down motels. I don't expect 5 stars from a hotel in the middle of nowhere MO, but I expect more from this hotel chain. Everything needs a big refresh, otherwise lower the prices to reflect what's being provided."
