IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom house (T3) located in the Odalys Les Hauts de Salavas residence, Les Roches 143.

We invite you to discover this air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool with a water slide (open from April and heated until mid-June), a playground, a games room, and a multi-sports court.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.

Parking and a TV are available.

Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges and its famous Pont d'Arc, as well as its location near other tourist attractions. End-of-stay cleaning not included. Bed linen and towels are available as optional extras.
