This property sleeps 12 people with the intention of housing 1 or 2 families. Any noise complaints from neighbours during your stay will result in eviction from the premises and no refund of monies paid. By continuing with your booking you are acknowledging and accepting these conditions.
Important Note: Foreshore Delight has a $1500 security deposit payable on each booking. The host will contact you directly prior to your arrival for payment of the Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.
