Bom custo/beneficio

I have used this hotel many times but they have now introduced a virtual key access system to enter the hotel at check in. The system didn’t work and it took over 2 hours, after speaking to numerous people via telephone, to gain access. Never again will I stay here.

Great staff and clean room. However, the rooms are not as big as in the pictures and the walls are thin. We had terrible luck with our neighbour who decided to blast music early in the morning and at 10pm. He refused to open the door when I knocked on his door so I got the administration involved. They responded immediately and notified the offending guest. I recommend this hotel for an affordable stay away from the expensive downtown hotels but keep in mind the details.

A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff. ...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉

Reception without personal intervention. If telephone broke I'd be not able to check-in. It got solved with 2 calls, but it's stressful and takes longer to check-in than necessary...

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel.

Oh dear

When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous weeds and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which charges a lot less than Eurowest and they were far superior. When we ventured out to eat I was interrogated about whether my dogs would bark or not and when I assured her that they wouldn’t she proceeded to tell me they would have to remove them from the room if they did! All in all there was nothing nice about the hotel but we had been on the road all day and we just wanted to get our heads down

It's a Hotel/Motel

Mixed feelings here, staff were friendly. on site parking (€10) Room....mmmm Room fridge bar was empty !! There was no Aircon remote!! No patio furniture on the terrace..which was dirty..cleanliness was ok..Bathroom had hair on the floor!! However if you want a cheap(ISH) conveniently located place to put your head, this works..A ten minute walk to the gorgeous historical centre of Salamanca. It was a mid stop for the ferry for us and in that sense was good.

Great location - Just a short walk to downtown. Good parking in locked garage at hotel for €10. Friendly staff. Big balcony. Hotel a bit old and we unfortunately had a bad smell from the bathroom drain.
