"I had a problem when checking in ..they sent me to the wrong apartment as they had not their system to cover the update of two to three people. It took time to get that sorted. then as the apartment wasn't made up for guest I had to chase them up for Towels and then bed linen for the two other guests that were arriving later. Then I relaised that they had over charged me by about 4 euros on the visitors tax...I only got a 10 euro refund. However once that was sorted We enjoyed our holiday...
