"I spent almost a month at this hotel which was clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and the restaurant served good food. But the real gems were the staff. Everyone was over the top nice and helpful but two people deseve special recognition. I needed so much help with documents for my visa and Melis was more helpful and efficient than a personal assistant! I am so grateful to her. And Guler, the housekeeper on my floor took such good care of me! These ladies were so amazing and are the reason I will go back to this hotel whenever I visit Antalya. "

"The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again"

"Well appointed kitchen with basic dishes and utensils…enabling breakfasts in-house. The fridge, dishwasher and washing machine were all a lovely bonus. Kudos to Mehmet,Karina and Mikhael for their warmth and hospitality enabling us to interact with local transportation within our area. Their support and handholding was priceless! Almost don’t want to let out this gem of a secret… aw well we can only hope this continues for years to come. Thanks again… we hope to see you again soon."

"Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the room. Room Conditions: The room was dirty, with no lights working. After reporting this, the staff eventually came to replace the bulb. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken tap and overall filthiness. To top it off, there was no hot water for a day, and we were left without water entirely for a period. Food & Drinks: We booked all-inclusive, but the food and drink situation was a joke. Breakfast had very limited options, and when we arrived at 8:30 AM (with breakfast until 9 AM), they told us everything was finished. There was also no alcohol included in the all-inclusive package; we were only given wine, and any beer or other spirits came with an extra charge. This was a major letdown considering we paid for all-inclusive. Wi-Fi & Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn’t free; we had to pay an additional €5 per day for access, which is not acceptable in this day and age. There were many broken amenities in the hotel, making it clear that maintenance was not a priority. "
