"This was like a US Days inn. At 150 dollars a night it was just too expensive but it served its purpose The JR Clement Hotel next door had great food and a great bar on the 21st Floor which we loved"

"This was my first Ryokan and all I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. As someone that also works in hospitality, I've never stayed anywhere else in the world that treats their guest as well as they do. Everything from the room, food, and onsen was spectacular. I would love to return if I ever get a chance."

"Fantastic hotel, super clean and nice staff, amazing breakfast, right by the port for easy access to the art islands."

"Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere from the staff. Breakfast was plentiful even as a vegan. Also just across the port in case you’re looking to do a day trip to the islands."

"Our plans have changed and we needed to cancel the last two nights. The hotel gave us a full refund with less than 24 hour notice. Very helpful!"

"Had an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth with the kiosks and staff was available if I needed any assistance. Loved the public bath and the amenities. Everything was clean and service was great. Was never disturbed and any service was done quickly! Highly recommend! I would definitely consider continuing staying at a Dormy property in any future trips to Japan"

"Great location, fantastic included breakfast, amazing staff and full control over the AC (a luxury compared to some hotel's that lock out down)."
