「We used this for a one night before heading into Disneyland, for which it was ideal as only a short 10 minute drive away. We had no issues with hot water as per another review. Room and bathroom were clean with clean towels, although one set of bedding did have some stains which looked like pen/ink. We stayed early August when the weather was very hot, so worth noting that while there was a floor fan provided, the room was stifling and difficult to sleep in.
