Completely new and super equipped accommodation. High-end comfort.
The plus of this 55m2 is that it is ideally located in the most dynamic seaside resort of the Gulf: Sainte Maxime. In absolute calm while being in the heart of the old town, and beach access on foot! (200m).
You will enjoy everything on site: bakery, mini-markets, markets (nightly every evening, covered every day, big market on Friday) restaurants, entertainment / shows offered by the city etc ...
Forget the car! parking or private garage reservations possible.
The port opposite allows you to take the sea shuttles and arrive very quickly (without traffic or parking concerns) in Saint Tropez, Saint Raphaël, Port Grimaud or to spend a day on the islands.
The high-end furnishings offer maximum comfort. Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, very well equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, induction hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Flat screen TV.
A bedroom with sleeping 160x200 and a bedroom with two 90x190 beds. Sofa bed in the living room (140x190). A private balcony with table, chairs and brasérade.
Pleasant shaded square with small fountain and benches, right next to the accommodation.

Awesome stay

We love the place and the location, it is very close to everything in Sainte Maxime. The interior is lovely and neat. Just one thing I had a bit problem was the bed linens & pillows, I wish the linens are softer and the pillows are firmed. All other fixtures inside is good.I asked if it’s possible to change bed sheets but I didn’t get a reply regarding to that matter. So I was a bit disappointed. They fix the lightning otherwise on the same day I asked for it.We had a good time in Sainte Maxime and we will definitely comeback

Super Wohnung in allerbester Lage

Die Wohnung ist so zentral in Sainte Maxime-und doch in einer Seitenstraße. Wirklich top. Vom kleinen Balkon sieht man ein bisschen das Meer-in wenigen Schritten ist man dort. Wohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Alles war völlig problemlos. Toller Urlaub-sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Beautiful apartment which looks much better in reality than on the pictures! Super well equipped, new, clean, tastefully decorated like in an interior design magazine! Car parking is a bit tricky for a bigger SUV (quite narrow doorway) but I was aware of it before coming

Saubere Fewo mit Klima und guter Ausstattung, 1.Etage, der Balkon mit nur geringer Tiefe aber wir konnten zu dritt dort frühstücken, Blick in den Innenhof und auf einen Parkplatz, der durch Sträucher verdeckt ist. Nähe zum Stadtstrand und zur "Ausgehpromenade", Hafen sehr gut. Die Garage ist ein paar Straßen weiter aber kein Problem, super, dass man diese nutzen kann. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Tolle Lage ,direckt am Strand. Sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wohnung sehr sauber und modern. Klima,WLAN, Balkon, Regendusche. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis 👍.Strand ist auch richtig schön. Sainte Maxime ist ein schöner Ort mit vielen Geschäften ,Restaurants uns Cocktailbars.Schönen Hafen, Mir einem Bus für klein Geld ist man schnell in Saint Tropez (Bushaltestelle 120 m von Unterkunft)..Es gibt's auch eine Fähre nach Saint Tropez die alle 20 min.fährt. Für junge Menschen und Familien ein Geheimtipp. Wir haben unsere Urlaub sehr genossen. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

Einmalige Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich einmalig. Mitten im Ort, ruhig, klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sicher werden wir wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Man hat wirklich alles man braucht und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Lovely spot in Sainte Maxime!

The property was in a perfect location - so close to everything, yet off to the side a little in a lovely side street. Great communication with the property managers - they responded immediately to the few questions we had. Would definitely rent here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Nathalie et Didier, qui est très bien situé (proche de tout : port, plage, commerces, rues piétonnes... mais très calme) et très bien équipé (rien ne manque, belle déco, bonne literie, très propre). Nous recommandons !

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage in Sainte Maxime ist toll. Man lebt in in einem sauberen Stadthaus direkt in der Innenstadt. In einer Minute hat man zu Fuß sowohl die vielen kleinen Restaurants oder Geschäfte erreicht oder man steht am Fähranleger, um nach St. Trapez überzusetzen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften ist diese Wohnung trotz dieser sehr zentralen Lage wirklich sehr, sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert. Und die Gastgeber sind herzliche und freundliche Menschen, die einem sofort weiterhelfen, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Perfect

This apartment has a perfect location in the city of Sainte Maxime - it is walking distanse to all restaurants, to the harbor where you can take the ferrie to St. Tropez, to the beach and all the nice local shops. Due to a such a central location it was quiet mainly because it`s located in a small street with little or no car traffic. The apartment is exactly what you see in the picture and in the description made by the host. We have been in Sainte Maxime before and will say that this apartment has high standard, and a bonus is the terrace (its small, but still you can enjoy your morning coffee here). The bathroom is modern and has a big and wellfunction shower. W e will also comment the cleaning routines which includes extra protection on each bed between every new family - it feels good to goe to bed and knowing this. The host speak English, and is avalible if you have questions - all practical information are given before you arrive and it also information to read in the manual at the apartment. Next time we travel to Sainte Maxime we will love to stay here again.
