It is a cute niche property well situated and staff was wonderful. The assortment of vinyl records to play with was fun. A continental breakfast automatically delivered to your door in the morning is a nice touch. Parking was quite pricey at 75$/night but was listed at 35$/ night on the expedia site. I think they said it was more costly because a 7 passenger car was considered “luxury “

Helpful and pleasant staff

The hotel was well located but our particular room was in need of new carpet, very worn out plus many stains. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast is just croissants, juice and coffee. The croissant’s were very good but I don’t consider that breakfast.

I’ve been to Montreal over 20 times in my life and I can say that this was the best stay of all of these times. The staff and management were very, kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, the property is well maintained and amenities were exquisite. My favourite of which was the serene swan pond was a great place to relax and unplug. Parking was affordable and attached to the property. This hotel is literally across the street from the underground city and VIA train and Meteo stations. But the people truly made the difference.
