It can comfortably accommodate 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A sleeping area with 1 sofa bed and 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A shared, unheated swimming pool open all year round (dates of opening non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).
- A shared jacuzzi available all year round
- A 10 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Sainte-Luce, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Walking (fitness trail along the beaches or Morne Larcher for the more sporty)

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence car park.
