Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff - really felt cared for. We had to stay a 2nd day due to flight cancellation in an ice storm and so it was awesome to access the underground city and stay indoors to use the bonus time. Food at the hotel restaurants was great! Great location for the Habs game ...
