Welcome to this 200 m² air-conditioned villa, designed to combine comfort, elegance and relaxation. You will enjoy a large, bright interior space opening onto a panoramic veranda, and a landscaped grounds of 6,000 m² with a heated swimming pool from May to September and leisure areas.

Living room: a large living room bathed in light with a superb aquarium and its colorful fish, a reading/relaxation area with a games corner, and a living room equipped with a television and a speaker.

Kitchen: huge fully equipped kitchen with central island and large table for 8 people. An adjoining laundry room houses a second kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer and a wine cellar.

Travellers have access to the entire villa, the independent studio, as well as the large 6,000 m² plot of land with swimming pool and leisure areas.

Please note: a right of way exists for farmers neighbors. It is therefore very rare for a tractor to cross a small portion of the land to access the fields. This is exceptional (in a year and a half, this has never happened), and does not impact your peace of mind in any way.
