The hotel was overall good. The pool and many other amenities were not available which was very disappointing as that’s a large reason for booking this hotel. The floors in the room were concrete and seemed dirty (my feet were black after walking around for 5 minutes). The staff was nice and the lobby was clean. Happy to have a kitchen in the room. I didn’t realized the bathroom was see through (even the toliet) otherwise I would’ve picked a different place since I was staying with a friend.

Dated property but large suites, with a full sized fridge, and units are clean enough. This property is situated at a great located with proximity to an IGA grocery store, convenient store, Chinatown, bus stops, Metro station, a shopping mall, and tons of food option within a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Complimentary breakfast was decent enough and the 24 hours tea and coffee station was a nice touch. Good value for money if you don't mind staying at a less modern property.

Pool was great, and staff was super friendly.

Great location with all the amenities.
