Pretty renovated stone house with exposed beams, quietly located in a small hamlet. Enclosed garden of 2000 m², terrace with unobstructed view of the countryside. Table tennis available.
To see: St Léonard des Bois and its medieval church, leisure centre.
RDC: living room / stay, done up kitchen, 1 ch. (2 beds 80x200) with private bathroom, separate toilet. Floor: 4 bedrooms. (1-2: 1 bed 80x200, 3: 1 bed 140x190, 3: 2 beds 80x200), bathroom. Equip. suppl.: freezer, tumble dryer, flat screen, radio/CD, equip. complete baby. Included: wood.
