Maison de style, agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, agrémentée d’un extérieur bien équipé et sécurisé pour les enfants, avec stationnement des véhicules. Au cœur du village de la Cotinière et à deux pas de la plage : situation idéale ! Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour en famille, grands-parents, parents et petits-enfants. Endroit très agréable

Une belle maison, spacieuse et lumineuse, joliment rénovée, bien équipée, en très bon état. Le port de la Cottiniere est à 5 mn à pied, avec ses commerces, ses restaurants et la location de vélo. Les plages ne sont pas loin non plus, de même qu'une piste cyclable d'où on peut parcourir l'île. Procédures d'arrivée et de départ bien organisées.

La maison est très bien, juste deux ou trois bémols : Poêle très bruyant même en réglant le ventilateur, lits de 140 un peu étroits, et accès au petit logement par l’herbe, un chemin en dur serait un plus quand il pleut. Ménage trop cher. Sinon, emplacement parfait au calme avec 4 places de parking, ce qui est très rare à la Cotiniere !!!.

Maison idéalement placée

Très jolie maison avec beaucoup de charme et idéale pour une tribu.... En plein centre de la Cotinière avec tous les commerces à pied et une plage à proximité qui n'est pas la plus belle de l'ile (surtout avec de jeunes enfants) mais qui a le mérite d'être à 2 mn à pied. Nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe maison, tout confort, avec jardin agréable, à 2 pas de l'océan. Toute équipée (BBQ, plancha, ustensiles de cuisine). Environnement calme, et pourtant à quelques mètres de la rue active de la Cotinière. Quelques points négatifs cependant : - le prix bien trop élevé de la location des draps, - l'importance des cautions demandées, sans faire d'état des lieux précis, et qui ne sont pas rendues le jour même, mais le lendemain.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette belle maison charismatique ainsi que la dépendance, située proche des commerces et de la mer. Merci à la propriétaire qui a su répondre à toutes nos questions et pu nous faire bénéficier d’une remise pour la location de vélos. Séjour validé +++++ par les grands ainsi que les petits.
