The games room includes table soccer, arcade games, board games, a chalkboard, hopscotch and a small theater. A bedroom for 2 people, with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, has its own private shower room and separate toilet.



First floor:

There are three bedrooms: 2 for 2 people each, with 2 single beds, and a small bedroom for 1 person with a single bed. A separate toilet is available on this floor.



Semi-buried basement (with window):

The basement comprises three bedrooms: two for 3 people each, and one for 2 people with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. All rooms are equipped with storage space, pillows and blankets. All mattresses come with a compulsory plastic cover. The basement also includes a separate toilet and two separate showers.



Exterior:

The south-facing villa has an enclosed garden and is newly built. The outdoor space includes a 100 m² lawn with trees, a barbecue and a 70 m² dining area with a 4 m forest table. The villa also features a heated, secure swimming pool (4.3 x 2.3 x 1.20 m) and a 200 m² parking area for up to 6 cars. The swimming pool is open from early April to mid-November and is heated from May 1st to September 30th.
