I will say that the staff is amazing, but it appeared to be shortstaffed in public restaurants and bars applying more pressure on your service team, which resulted in poor service as well as your team, losing fortuity opportunities. Outside of that, I thought your hotel was fantastic."

"Checking in the young lady, I believe her name was Ty. Got us squared away with our room lounge cars and explanations of the hotel. We were able to get extra towels and the Housekeeping staff was accommodating around our schedule to get the room addressed. Valet parking was a plus, we didn't have to worry about get a spot every day. Enjoyed the hotel and will look to book there if I'm back in the city."
