The blue bedroom also benefits from a private bathroom and WC, while the grey bedroom opens onto a private terrace. An additional bathroom with toilet is accessible from the landing. A mezzanine office space completes the upper floor, ideal for remote work in peace and quiet.
On the ground floor, a fifth double bedroom is paired with a bathroom located just across the hall, as well as a separate toilet. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight, extending into a large dining room with a generous family table seating fourteen.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, enclosed garden with a pool secured by an electric cover, a large outdoor dining table for eight (extendable as needed), a video intercom system, and an automatic gate for added safety and convenience. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, bathroom, and toilet is also available.
Finally, an independent unit with its own private entrance from outside offers a sixth double bedroom with a bunk bed, along with a bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet.
