Pleasant studio apartment in a quiet and secure residence. The accommodation includes sleeping arrangements for 4 people (1 sofa bed measuring 140 x 190 cm and 1 bunk bed). You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer), a dining area with tables and chairs (indoor and outdoor), a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. A private parking space will be reserved for you. A toilet and bed linen are provided. A baby kit is available upon request. The residence offers 2 swimming pools with a children's wading pool, 2 tennis courts, a pétanque court and a playground. You will also have direct access to the cove and the coastal path. You will be close to the port of St Mandrier and Les Sablettes (with a ferry to Toulon and La Seyne), a children's amusement park, a casino, a Citypark, and numerous walking trails.
