In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming 50 m² apartment with sea view from the kitchen, less than 50 meters from the beach with direct access, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price. All you have to do is put down your luggage!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV and Wifi
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms including 2 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200), a sofa bed.
- Bathroom with shower, WC

50 m from the Grand Hôtel des Thermes and its thalassotherapy center, the apartment is right on the water, with a sea view over the Sillon beach. A double window gives direct access to the apartment.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Just a few steps from Surf School (for all water sports activities), 250 m on foot from excellent food shops (Beurre Bordier, boulangerie Malécot, pâtisserie Gaël Redouté, etc.), Carrefour Market and pharmacie des Thermes, it's also a 20-minute walk from the "Cité Corsaire" (Intra Muros) via the seawall or the beach (access possible by bus too).

Le Rez de Plage "Fabulous location. Apartment was comfortable a little bit of a stretch with calling the 2nd bedroom a bedroom it is situated in the entrance hall. Kitchen was very functional and bathroom was good. Just need to fix the lock on side door to the outside so that you can leave the shutter up. Otherwise it was a enjoyable stay"

Le Rez de Plage "Es war schade, dass die junge Frau bei der Übergabe leider nicht englisch sprach. Die automatischen Übersetzungen mit dem Handy sind nicht immer korrekt. Wenn die Wohnung über Gardinen ( Stores) an den Fenstern verfügen würde, bräuchte man tagsüber nicht immer die Jalousien herunterzuziehen, damit niemand herein schaut! Die Wohnung wäre dann auch bisschen gemütlicher."

Le Rez de Plage "Il y a quand même des choses à améliorer. La situation géographique est bien 🙂 Le fait de devoir recevoir les clés et de donner une heure d arrivée précise est une contrainte ! Pourquoi ne pas installer une boite à clés comme cela se fait maintenant partout . Les consignes orales sont données rapidement , il serait préférable de les écrire. 🙁 Pas de papier toilette ( une fin de rouleau) des couverts pas propres à laver avant utilisation pas de rideaux dans le séjour ou devant la porte de la cuisine pas d aération dans la salle de bain et une baguette lumineuse qui reste allumée jour et nuit . Enfin il est déclaré 2 chambres mais celle avec les lits superposée est minuscule , l 'échelle non amovible est une vraie contrainte pour un adulte de plus l impost entre les 2 chambres était inutile c 'est une gêne terrible quand l un veut dormir et l autre lire car la lumière passe et est très génante . Aucun meuble dans cette mini chambre pour poser sa valise, pas de lampe de chevet bref un confort très spartiate surement correct pour des enfants mais pas pour un adulte."

Le Rez de Plage "une adresse à retenir car l'emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel 🙂 L'emplacement est absolument parfait. Le grand c'est aussi le parking souterrain. Appartement très bien équipé avec du matériel neuf. Déjeuner dans la petite cuisine avec vue sur mer est un luxe incroyable! Calme et luminosité. De nombreux livres intéressants avec des guides sur la région. 🙁 La décoration pourrait être un peu plus personnalisé sur l'environnement local; le tableau/poster sur Paris ...... Le couloir aménagé en chambre et accueillant les lits superposés n'est pas très privatif car la vitre qui permet en journée d'avoir de la lumière dans cette pièce ne peut être obsturée le soir par un rideau ou store. Cette vitre est mitoyenne avec la grande chambre et donc si la lumière est allumée dans cette chambre , la pièce des lits superposés en profite aussi ."

Le Rez de Plage Cet appartement est parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la mer. L' appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire a pensé aux petits détails qui rendent le séjour agréable (équipement à volonté, un aménagement intérieur très fonctionnel et une très bonne literie). Excellente communication avec l'hôte. Je recommande.

Le Rez de Plage "excellent séjour. très bon accueil de Delphine. explications claires, détaillées, orales et écrites l'appartement est idéalement situé en bord de plage. C'est un T2 intelligemment réagencé en T3. la pièce à vivre et la chambre double sont très spacieuses (à noter : 3 marches dans le salon). SdB, cuisine et 2 ème chambre fonctionnelles, bien pensées, très pratiques et faciles à vivre. le seul petit bémol était les 2 cafetières qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais je pense que cela va être résolu."

Nettes Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett im Durchgangszimmer ohne Fenster, eigentlich der Eingangsflur der Wohnung! Wohnung war sauber und es war alls vorhanden, was man brauchte: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchentücher, Geschirrspülmaschine inklusive Tabs. Eine knappe halbe Stund Fußweg am Meer entlang zur Altstadt! Tiefgaragenplatz stand zur Verfügung! Der Check-Inn Vorgang war grauenvoll: eine hektische Person, die offensichtlich keinen blassen Schimmer von der Wohnung hatte, nichts über den mitgebuchten Parkplatz wusste und uns am Ende die Schlüssel unvollständig ausgehändigt hat! So etwss hatten wir noch nie erlebt.

Dans la cuisine, la table devant les tiroirs, les rendant inaccessibles. Et le tiroir ""caché"" contenant les couverts ! Nous avons eu l'information à la fin du séjour.
