"The room was spotless and with many ammenities. The location was excellent for our travel plans. The breakfast was great and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The only drawbacks were the snow was not cleaned from the parking lot and we had trouble getting our car out and the staff in the lobby that were paying too much attention to their cell phones. Other than that, excellent! Red Robin restaurant is amazing."

"We stayed in the upstairs apartment space. It fit our needs well. It was easy to get in and out of NYC for day trips. The house was clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Although we didn’t bring our two year old with us this time, we loved that all of the baby items were easily available in the house. I did make a huge mistake and booked it for the wrong weekend and didn’t notice until the last minute. Luckily the house was available and Giuseppe was very kind and helpful. "

"Be careful — here's what happened:I made a reservation a week before our travel date, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. I waited for an email from the host with directions and details about the property, but I never received anything. I reached out to the host, and they first told me there was no parking for my car. Then, surprisingly, they claimed they hadn’t received my reservation or any payment — this was the night before our trip. It was a terrible experience.Thankfully, Vrbo stepped in and refunded me, but we were left scrambling to find a new place to stay at the last minute. Very stressful and disappointing."
